Dec 14, 2011 · G3 is an H&K rifle made in or licensed by HK Germany. The Cetme is a Spanish rifle made long before the G3 and is what the G3 is based on. Cetme kits are cheaper than HK kits by up to several hundreds of dollars most of the time and some but not all of the parts are interchangeable, including magazines.
